O trabalho remoto veio para ficar?

Quando a pandemia nesse último ano, fez com que muitas empresas fechassem suas bases e escritórios com a intenção de evitar a “aglomeração” em suas sedes, então o modelo “home office” acabou sendo agregado as funções de muitos empresários, e demais funções que usavam os escritórios das empresas como local de trabalho. Muitos países, com o avanço das vacinas e o baixo número de novos contágios retomaram as atividades e suspenderam as medidas restritivas, frente a essas decisões muitas empresas e trabalhos autônomos voltaram às suas atividades diárias e cotidianas, mas a pergunta que não quer calar! Voltaram a ser como eram no passado?

Algumas sim outras não, aquelas empresas e serviços que por mais que tenham atendimento presencial, possuem escritórios ou bases de atendimento presencial, com o atendimento remoto no modelo “home office”, essas empresas  se adaptaram tão bem ao novo modelo que irão manter seus atendimentos remotos, já aqueles que necessitam de um atendimento presencial estão retornando com seus escritórios ou salas comerciais.

Clientes e amigos nos EUA e no Brasil que trabalhavam em escritórios e bases de trabalho e que passaram a atender remotamente, claro que cada um reagiu e passou por experiências diferentes, uns tiveram mais dificuldade, pois a questão presencial era necessária, consultas, atendimentos com contrato que já estavam assinados, várias foram os “x” que surgiram, mas a necessidade fez necessária uma adaptação ao modo “forçado”.

A data para retorno ao trabalho presencial em alguns escritórios ainda está indefinida algumas empresas optaram por permanecer no modelo home office até que a situação esteja mais próxima ao normal.

 Esperança e resiliência! Foi a tarefa praticada no Home Office.
