Em uma coletiva de imprensa nesta segunda-feira, o Taboão Magnus e a treinadora Cris Souza, apresentaram o novo reforço para a temporada da equipe.

Vanessa Pereira foi eleita três vezes como a melhor do mundo no futsal feminino da Lazio, da Itália, com intuito de  ajudar a equipe paulista na disputa do Novo Futsal Feminino Brasil (NFFB).

Em nota Cris fala que desde 2015, quando ouviu falar do sucesso da Vanessa, acompanhava de
camarote as atuações dela e toda a comissão já sonhava em trazê-la. Esse sonho se realizou com a presença dela aqui. Ela é muito importante para o  projeto.

A opção de trazer Vanessa foi definida depois da Super Copa. A ideia era reforçar ainda mais o elenco do Taboão Magnus para uma temporada com muitas competições.

Sobre a contratação, Cris destacou a importância de Vanessa para o planejamento da equipe:
“Tenho certeza que vai ser um processo grandioso para nós, comissão técnica, e para todas as atletas. Espero que ela se sinta em casa”
